Respect for Intellectual Property

Pikashow is dedicated to upholding the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. To support this commitment, we have established a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy to address claims of copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our platform, please follow the procedures outlined below.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative, and you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyrights, please submit a written notification to our designated agent (contact details provided below). Your notification should include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of an authorized person acting on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed or, if applicable, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the infringing material or activity, along with information to enable us to locate the material.
  4. Sufficient information to contact you, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receiving a proper notification of claimed infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible. The user will also receive a copy of the notification and information about their right to file a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or access to it was disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent (contact information provided below). Your counter-notification should include the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its previous location on the platform.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

Upon receiving a proper counter-notification, we will provide the complaining party with a copy and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. We will also notify the complaining party unless they inform us of filing a court order seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity on the platform.
